Our workshops are designed to be both informative and therapeutic. We believe “art is therapy,” whether you are making a craft like soap, jewelry, felted animals or creating an artistic masterpiece. So besides teaching techniques we will emphasize how each art process is therapeutic too! Our facilitators are all trained in art therapy so we are intent in creating a space that is welcoming and accepting. Please stay tuned and watch for updates for new and exciting workshops to come! Price varies based on workshops.
Our trainings are offered to mental health professionals, educators, students and others interested in increasing their understanding of the arts as therapy, and how it can be combined with other therapeutic and educational models. We believe that implementing experiential applications such as the expressive arts with other therapeutic modalities is a powerful way to deepen and enhance learning. Look forward to trainings in Art and Sand Tray, Transpersonal Art Therapy, Art and Nature, Attachment Theory and Art Therapy, Trauma Informed Art Interventions, and more. Continuing education credits will be offered for these trainings where applicable. Price varies based on trainings.
