Do you want to volunteer at the BATC?


The Boulder Art Therapy Collective provides a safe, nurturing space for self-expression and creativity. With our numerous scholarship opportunities, we also offer studio times, classes, and therapy sessions to many individuals who could not otherwise afford them. This would not be possible without the generous assistance of BATC’s volunteers.

Our volunteers come from many backgrounds, with varied skills and reasons for joining us. Some volunteer to decide whether art therapy is a good fit for their future career. Others are students or seasoned therapists who want to deepen their experience with art therapy. All share an interest in creativity and helping others.

All volunteers complete an application and a background check, as well as a volunteer training.
